Shipping policy

At Annam Abayahs, we aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• During busy periods, sales, or new launches, dispatch times may take the full 3 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Mainland Shipping

• UK Mainland orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 working days.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
• Shipping cost: £3.99 per order. 
  

Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Important Information

• Annam Abayahs is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once the parcel has been dispatched.
• Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address.
